Welcome to Amino Innovations Corp (“Amino Innovations,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following legally binding terms and conditions. These terms govern all use of our website, services, and the sale and delivery of our products.

1. ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Domestic Shipping

• Orders are processed within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
• We ship via tracked express delivery and aim for delivery within 3–7 business days.
• Shipping is free for all US orders over $200 USD.

International Shipping

• We currently Do Not ship worldwide. USA only.

Third-Party Fulfillment (3PL) Disclosure

Amino Innovations partners with trusted third-party logistics (3PL) providers to manage the warehousing, packaging, and shipping of customer orders. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Your order may be fulfilled by one or more 3PL partners operating on behalf of Amino Innovations.
• Our 3PL providers are authorized to select the shipping carrier they determine most appropriate to ensure the fastest and most efficient delivery possible. This determination is made based on a variety of real-time factors, including your shipping location, route availability, weather conditions, and known carrier delays.
• All fulfillment decisions are made in the best interest of timely, secure, and cost-effective delivery to the customer.
• We may share necessary order and customer information (such as your name, shipping address, contact details, and item details) with our 3PL providers solely for the purpose of order fulfillment and delivery.
• While we work closely with our 3PL partners to ensure quality service, Amino Innovations Corp is not liable for delays, damages, or shipping issues caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen logistical challenges beyond our control.
• We will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving any issues that may arise during fulfillment or transit, but use of 3PL providers does not imply liability for operations or service decisions made beyond our contractual scope.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

• Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
• If a package is returned due to incorrect information or refused delivery, the customer will be charged for reshipping or refunded minus original shipping costs, at our discretion.

Risk of Loss

• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the provided shipping address.
• If you authorize delivery without a signature, liability transfers once the package is dropped off.

Lost or Damaged Orders

• Contact us immediately for any delivery issues. We’ll coordinate with the carrier to investigate, but we cannot guarantee resolution.
• Liability is limited to the amount recoverable from the carrier, minus any fees incurred.

Force Majeure

• We are not liable for delays, non-delivery, or damages resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, customs holds, regulatory changes, or supply chain disruptions.

2. PRODUCT USE & FDA DISCLOSURE

• Our products are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
• By purchasing, you confirm that:
  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You are purchasing for personal wellness and research purposes only.
  • You understand that the efficacy and safety of our products have not been evaluated by regulatory authorities.

Medical Disclaimer

• Always consult your physician before beginning any supplement regimen. We are not responsible for adverse effects resulting from use.

Jurisdictional Restrictions

• We do not guarantee delivery or accept liability in jurisdictions where peptides are restricted or prohibited. Amino Innovations Corp reserves the right to refuse service to customers in such areas.

3. PAYMENTS

• All payments are securely processed through Stripe®™ and/or SEAMLESSCHEX™. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other approved payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed in USD.
• By using a third-party payment service, you agree to their respective terms.
• We are not responsible for issues, delays, or errors related to third-party processors.

4. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

General Policy

• Due to the sensitive nature of peptide products, all sales are final unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Products

• If your item arrives damaged, you must notify customer service within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.
• If validated, we may offer a replacement or refund, excluding shipping fees.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

• Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is a violation of this agreement. We reserve the right to ban customers who engage in fraudulent chargeback activity and to pursue legal action where applicable.

Opened Product Policy

• Due to the sensitive nature of our products, any product with a broken seal or opened primary packaging is strictly non-refundable. However, in certain cases, store credit may be issued at our discretion. Please contact customer service with details and photos for further assistance.

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS & AUTO-RENEWAL

• If you subscribe to recurring deliveries, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 5 days prior to renewal.
• You are responsible for ensuring your payment method is up to date. Failure to process payment may result in suspension of delivery.
• You may cancel your subscription by logging into your account or contacting customer support.

6. PROMOTIONS & COUPONS

• Promotional codes and offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• Discounts apply only to full-priced items unless noted.
• Promotional offers are valid for a limited time and subject to change without notice.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and images — is the intellectual property of Amino Innovations Corp and is protected by U.S. and international law.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the website or product content without express written consent.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amino Innovations Corp disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
• We are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to health outcomes, delivery issues, or product misuse.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

• You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Amino Innovations Corp and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our products or violation of these terms.

10. AFFILIATES & PARTNER PROTECTION

• This Terms of Use extends to all official brands, affiliates, subsidiaries, strategic partners, fulfillment services, websites, marketing campaigns (direct and third-party), influencers, and business channels operating under or in collaboration with Amino Innovations Corp.
• All affiliated parties, materials, and activities related to the promotion, distribution, or sale of Amino Innovations products are protected under this policy.
• Unauthorized use of any partner or affiliate property is subject to enforcement under this agreement.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• In the event of a dispute, you must first contact customer service to attempt informal resolution.
• If unresolved after 30 days, either party may initiate mediation in the state of Delaware. The cost will be borne by the party initiating the claim.
• No legal action may be taken unless this clause has been followed, except for urgent injunctive relief.

12. GOVERNING LAW

• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. MODIFICATIONS

• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time by posting the revised version on our website. Changes become effective immediately upon posting.
• Continued use of our site and services indicates your agreement to the updated terms.

14. SEVERABILITY

• If any provision is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, it will be severed from the agreement. The remainder of the terms shall remain in full effect.

15. TERMINATION

• We reserve the right to terminate your access or order at our sole discretion without notice.
• Upon termination, any disclaimers and limitations of liability in these terms will survive.
